Crashed? First things first, we hope you are okay and recover soon. Secondly, follow the steps below and be back on the road with brand new CSPD gear.
We do our best to support all riders in their cycling journeys. With our crash replacement policy implemented, we are happy to assist our beloved CSPD family with 50% off your replacement gear.
Steps to replacement gear:
- Please take several photos in multiple angles of the damaged gear and send to ridewith@concept-speed.com with the subject line "CRASH REPLACEMENT - INVOICE#, NAME"
- Include your invoice number, full name and contact information along with the photos of the damage.
- Crash replacements are eligible up to 12 months from date of purchase. Replacements are to be in exact model, size, color-way unless the item is no longer available in which options will be given.
- Please note damages caused by general wear-tear, improper care, or condition deterioration over time or by cleaning agents are not eligible for the crash replacement policy.
- Items sold on sale and/or clearance are not applicable to our crash replacement policy.
